Exceptional vitality and complexity. Notes of dried fruits like figs, prunes, and dates, spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Floral hints of jasmine with additional flavors such as caramel, toffee, and smokiness all carried by an exceptional vitality. 

The tannins from the oak barrels have soften over time.

Color: deep amber

Nose: aromas of raisin cake, salted caramel and butter praline with a silky and relatively dry medium

Taste: full flavor and with fresh chocolate almonds

Finish: cherries and spices. Very charming

Blend: 100% Grande Champagne 1st cru. Notes of dried fruits such as apricots and figs, intertwined with spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Hints of oak, leather, and a touch of floral sweetness, possibly jasmine or honeysuckle, add to the intricate bouquet.

The taste is a harmonious blend of flavors – a symphony of dark chocolate, and toffee with underlying notes of candied fruits and nuts.

Color: copper-gold

Nose: intense, floral, strong, penetrating dried and candied fruit

Taste: an elegant combination of honey and nuts, leather

Finish: delicate hints of tobacco, aged leather, and a whisper of smoke
